Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen. It is served from the Nürnberg region.

When you visit the website, information transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically: the address accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, status message, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address. This data is technically necessary to deliver the page and serves operational security.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding.

We delete this data once the matter has been concluded, unless statutory retention periods apply. Retention obligations under German commercial and tax law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO) remain unaffected.

If you use the contact form, the data you enter is transmitted to us and stored in order to handle your enquiry. Mandatory fields are marked as such.

Contractual relationships

In the course of our management work, we process data of owners, tenants, advisory board members and service providers: names, addresses, contact details, bank details, contract and billing data, and matters relating to your property.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for performing the management contract, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations, in particular under the German Condominium Act (WEG) and commercial and tax law, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the owners’ association or the owner.

Data is only passed on where this is necessary to perform our services, for example to tradespeople carrying out work, to utilities, insurers, tax advisers or legal representatives, or where we are legally obliged to do so.

Fonts

The fonts used are served from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, such as Google Fonts, when you visit the site; your IP address is not transmitted to any font provider.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set any cookies that are not required for its operation. Your usage behaviour is not analysed, you are not tracked across websites, and no advertising networks are integrated. That is why there is no cookie banner.
