We’re a small, young team. Processes, templates and tools are being built right now, and your hands-on experience goes straight into them.
Software takes the routine off your plate
We consistently digitise whatever repeats: receipt capture, requests, templates. We introduce new tools step by step, and ask the people who’ll use them first.
You don’t assess technical questions alone
The founder is a mechanical engineer. Heating replacements, renovation quotes, defects in common property: you work through these questions together with him.
Remote, with on-site appointments
You do the office work from home. You’re on site when the job requires it: inspections, handovers and owners’ meetings in the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region.

Every job ad states a range. We don’t ask about your current salary: what counts is what the role is worth.

How your application works
No portal, no endless forms. An email is all it takes.
Step 1
Email with your CV
A CV is enough. A cover letter is optional, though a few sentences on what draws you to the role do help us.
Step 2
First conversation
About half an hour by video. We get to know each other, and you ask anything the ad doesn’t cover.
Step 3
Working through a case
In the second conversation, we look at a real everyday situation together, such as a draft resolution or a disputed item in a statement.
Step 4
Decision
If it’s a fit for both sides, you receive a written offer.
Frequently asked questions about applying
Do I need to speak German?
Yes, fluently. Owners, tenants, contractors and authorities all work with us in German, and the legal framework is German. Every ad lists fluent German as a requirement.
Do I need experience in property management?
For most roles, yes, or at least in a related field such as estate agency, property accounting, a law firm or construction. Each ad states exactly what’s required.
Can I work entirely from home?
The office work, yes. On-site appointments are part of property management: inspections, handovers and owners’ meetings at properties we manage. Living in the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region is therefore a requirement for most roles.
Do you offer part-time?
Yes. Each ad states the hours; how they’re spread across the week is something we discuss in the first conversation.
Do I need to be a certified manager under § 26a WEG?
No. Certification is an advantage, but not a requirement for applying.
What happens to my application documents?
We use them solely for the application process. If we don’t end up working together, we delete them no later than six months after the process ends, unless you’ve agreed to longer retention. Details are in our privacy policy.
