Switching
Switching is easier than you think.
Since the 2020 WEG reform, your owners’ association can dismiss its manager at any time by majority vote. We handle the rest: documents, accounts, communication with your previous manager.

How much does property management cost in Nuremberg?
At Ravenica, owners’ association (WEG) management starts at €35 per unit per month, and individual unit management (SEV) at €50. The exact price depends on your property. Minimum fees apply to smaller properties. All services and charges are clearly outlined in our proposal.
Do you also manage smaller properties?
Yes. We manage owners’ associations from 4 units and rental or individual unit properties from 1 unit. Smaller properties receive the same professional approach. Property-specific minimum fees apply and are clearly stated in our offer.
How complicated is switching property managers?
Easier than many owners expect. We help you prepare, explain the necessary steps and coordinate the handover of management documents once we have been appointed.
